An experienced organisational leader, driving and managing change. A driver for the human dog relationships with over thirty years experience working with dogs. A keen advocate for working with communities bringing benefits to the areas that he operates in, especially working with those on the fringe of society.

Qualifications
Research Masters Degree in managing uncertainty with people and dogs.
Member of the Institute of Safety and Health.
Member of the Kennel club accredited instructor scheme.

Experience
Paul has worked for over a hundred Local Authorities as an authorised officer in dog control, four years as President of Wigan Chamber of Commerce, seven years as a warden of St James Church and four years as a none executive director of a careers company.

The founder of Merseyside Dogs Home, opening in May 2013 and gaining charity status in June 2015.

Post-graduate Diploma in Community Development (Manchester University).
Research Masters Degree in Adult Education (Manchester University).
